The Data Management & Analysis Centre (DMAC) provides integrated support for health research and is the largest and longest established facility of its type in South Australia. We seek an experienced statistician to join our team of eight others in DMAC's statistics division to work on research projects within the School of Medicine, including the flagship Florey Adelaide Male Ageing Study.
You should have:
- a degree in mathematical statistics or close equivalent
- in-depth and current expertise in at least one major programmable statistical package (SAS/Stata/S-Plus or similar)
- experience in research in the health arena or experience in statistical consulting
Salary: (HEO7) $56,047 - $62,879 per annum. An employer superannuation contribution of 17% may apply.
This fixed-term position is available immediately for a period of 12 months.
