Orchard has $3.5 billion in funds under management (As at 28 February 2007), over 40 unlisted funds, 11,000 investors and a client base of more than 900 financial advisers. Key Responsibilities

Performance measurement of listed securities portfolios, namely, Real Estate and Infrastructure, relative to relevant benchmarks.
Performance measurement of 'Model' portfolios relative to any given benchmark.
Compilation of Risk reports to the respective Portfolio Managers and Senior Equities Analysts, namely, Tracking Error, Marginal contribution to Active Risk, Cash balance, Options / Derivatives exposure reports etc.
Compilation of Management Reports relating to (i) Fund Compliance, (ii) Investment Policy & Guidelines.

The successful candidate will be:

Proficient with Excel spreadsheets, assist with the maintenance and creation of financial models.
A self-starter, intuitive, interested in listed companies and perhaps one day step up and become a listed securities Analyst.
