Ready to develop your career the way you want and eager to work in business process outsourcing?
A rapidly growing outsourced services group is seeking a highly experienced and proactive performance analyst to develop the strategies and processes that will initiate a new level of analysis within the company.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager this role will see you work with key stakeholders to quantify new business opportunities in customer service, call center and training services. You will be the key driver of the development of new analytical methodologies to support strategic initiatives – involving cost analysis, incremental revenue generation, ROI decisions & NPV scenarios.
You will analyse gaps in the current service levels and offer performance and gap closing interventions. You will design, build and implement benefits and realization methodologies and strategies for contact centre improvement projects and develop detailed revenue and cost driver models that will demonstrate that the business is achieving the desired results. Lastly you will coach and support the team members in the customer service team to be skilled in the use of the analytical tools that you have developed.
This is a senior role that will require a background of at least five to ten years in financial planning and analysis. A background in contact centre, telecom or outsourced business services analysis and benefits realization would be a big plus. Other qualities you will be asked to demonstrate for this role will be the ability to engage with and influence senior management and board level executives.
You will be tertiary qualified in analytics, finance or project management or have a quantitative background such as engineering with financial services experience. A background in statistics is also welcome. A high level of ability with spreadsheet modeling is required and supply chain and project management software experience is preferred. The ability to work independently on a number of projects related to strategy and cash flow issues is a must.
