Depending on the qualifications and experience of each analyst, these roles will be engaged in:

Analysing market executive remuneration and corporate performance data.

Making assessments on the degree of adequacy and relatedness between corporate performance and remuneration.

Recommending benchmark performance measures.

Applying binomial/lattice or Monte Carlo simulation models to value share options, share rights and other derivative forms of remuneration

Estimating probabilities of performance outcomes relative to peer group companies

Recommending benchmark performance measures.

Training and development opportunities will be provided in a one on one coaching environment.

Ideally, successful applicants will require 1 to 4 years’ work experience in one or more of statistics, actuarial science, corporate performance analysis and/or remuneration. Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of one or more of accounting, statistical, economic, actuarial, or finance methodologies is essential. Applicants must be proficient in quantitative analysis, have excellent critical thinking skills and be well presented. Good written communication and verbal skills are desirable. Graduate or post-graduate qualifications are required and applicants must be Australian residents.
