Services provided range from data hygiene, enrichment and licensing, to traditional and new-media marketing campaign management, sophisticated analytics and fully outsourced integrated data management solutions.

    As a result of an internal restructure and new organisational opportunities, VSG has a number of exciting opportunities for Senior Analysts.

    Leading and motivating a team of analysts, you will take ownership of projects ensuring their timely delivery has been underpinned by quality work. Pertinent to this is the professional development and performance management of your team as well as the scheduling and co-ordination of their work. You will work directly on a number of client and internal development projects, incorporating direct engagement with and consulting to clients, analysing data, designing and delivering database marketing solutions and building and deploying predictive and descriptive models.

    Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 5 year’s experience in a data analysis / database marketing environment with sound numerical and statistical analysis skills, and a strong commercial focus. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to present complex information simply and directly and are able to manage multiple projects with the high level of attention to detail they require.

    People management experience along with consulting skills will be looked upon favourably.
