As our business grows, we are continuing to meet the changing needs of our customers
and as a result a number of opportunities have emerged in our dynamic customer
relationship management (CRM) team in Melbourne.
Your key focus will be the development of relevant customer strategies to drive central
business outcomes. This includes detailed analysis and data mining skills, strategy
analytics, campaign analysis, predictive modelling, report maintenance and results
presentation.
To be successful in this role, you will be tertiary qualified in a quantitative discipline,
such as Engineering, Maths, Statistics or Econometrics and demonstrate working
knowledge of SAS, SPSS or similar software. With your understanding of statistical
modelling techniques, you will demonstrate a solid understanding of CRM principles
(Training in these programs will be provided for graduates) and possess excellent
communication skills.
