Senior Statistician and Statisticians (multiple positions)

The Data Management & Analysis Centre (DMAC) provides integrated support for health research and is the largest and longest established facility of its type in South Australia. Our statisticians work on a wide variety of projects including clinical trials, registry data and cohort studies. We support the University of Adelaide’s Australian Research Centre for the Health and Well-Being of Women and Babies, the Child Health Research Centre’s Applied Nutrition Division, the Australian Orthopaedics Association National Joint Replacement Registry, and the Australian and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant Registry.

We are seeking a Senior Statistician/Team Leader to join the Management Group of DMAC. You will be required to manage the deployment of a team of staff across numerous projects, and provide mentorship for junior staff of the statistics division.

We are also seeking Statisticians with a background in mathematical statistics, preferably at honours level or above, with experience in health research and/or in statistical consulting, to work in a team to achieve research objectives. An interest in a speciality area of statistics would be well regarded.
