Our client is an international market leader in the provision of statistics and quality improvement software, services and education. Due to consistent and unparalleled success in the marketplace, a fresh, dynamic and award-winning corporate culture and a growing need for their offering – a truly fantastic opportunity has arisen for a statistics/quality savvy individual who is keen to cut their teeth in a very unique sales and account management position. and Responsibilities:

In a commission free, no-stress sales environment and reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:

Developing, qualifying, presenting to and closing prospects and customers

Actively pursuing sales opportunities identified by internal sales

Formulating and implementing account management strategy to increase retention and penetration of accounts

Conducting informative sales presentations to middle and senior level executives

Maintaining accurate and up to date records in the company CRM system

The successful candidate will have all of the following:

A Bachelor’s degree where there has been coursework in statistics or computer science or lean manufacturing or quality analysis – e.g. Business Administration, Maths, Engineering, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science

1-3 years B2B sales experience is preferred but not essential

A quantitative orientation with experience in using a variety of computer applications

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication

Any experience with statistical analysis software and/or six-sigma methodology will be highly regarded

This role also requires a willingness to spend up to 50% of your time interstate

Our client is seeking the right person for them and this job, and a salary will be paid that is commensurate with that individuals experience and desired remuneration. So depending on your background you could be looking at a base of anywhere between $60K and $100K.
