Nielsen is seeking a Panel Manager to work on The Household Income and Dynamics in
Australia Survey (HILDA), Australia’s leading longitudinal household survey. HILDA,
now in its eighth year, is providing a world class data set used by academics and
government researchers locally and internationally.
In this role you will work in a team managing the project where your responsibilities will
include:
managing the sample via the respondent management system,
providing the operations teams with the reports and systems they require to undertake
their processes,
monitoring the progress of the survey,
supporting the work of the panel support services and monitoring the quality of this
work,
progress reporting to the operations teams and the client, and
assisting users of the respondent management system.
To be successful in this role you will:
be proficient in using SAS, Access and Excel,
have a degree in statistics, preferably with some exposure to sample survey methods,
have good communication skills, particularly verbal,
be a very practical person, and
enjoy problem solving.
While a minimum level of 1-2 years’ experience is essential, enquiries from interested
