Scientists (Health Statistics/Health Economics) - Epidemiology, Statistical and Library Services Centre, Brisbane, Reform and Development Division. Remuneration value up to $57 584 p.a., comprising salary rates: $39.42 - $42.42 p.h., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (Two temporary part time positions for three years, 45.6 hrs p.f. Applications will remain current for 12 months.) JAR: H08HL293. Duties/Abilities: Analyse health and health related data, and identify new and/or appropriate analytical methodologies and adapt these to Queensland Health’s needs. Provide specialist advice and consultancy services in the area of epidemiology and/or statistics across Queensland Health. Carry out appropriate epidemiological and other health investigations and statistical analyses as required. If you are not a Queensland Health employee, a criminal history check may be conducted on the recommended person for the job.
