This client is one of the world’s largest and most successful companies. In Australia and New Zealand they are a leading consumer finance company, offering a vast range of consumer lending products. The business has grown significantly and is continuing to evolve to meet the changing needs of its customers.

The Risk Team is known for being best in class and is integral to the implementation and support of business projects and growth. Working with a Senior Risk Analyst, you will be accountable for the development of statistical models, credit risk modeling, in-depth statistical analysis and data manipulation. Whilst honing these skills you will also learn about business functions and products in order to develop your career further.

This role would suit a curious and committed individual who has completed tertiary qualifications in a relevant numerate discipline — ideally mathematics or statistics. Written and verbal communication skills are essential in a role that requires teamwork and the ability to influence others. Exposure to or understanding of consumer lending products would be highly regarded as would experience in using statistical programs such as SAS, SPSS and SQL. Training in these programs will be provided for graduates.
