The UNSW Cancer Research Centre (Lowy) in seeking to appoint a Senior Research Fellow in Biostatistics. The position requires an ambitious self-starter with strong commitment to creativity and an innovative approach in research, aiming to develop into a leadership role in cancer research.

The successful applicant will join a broad multidisciplinary team under the direction of Robyn Ward, Professor of Medicine at Prince of Wales Hospital Sydney and will also work closely with the Children's Cancer Institute Australia (CCIA). These groups are committed to high quality research across the cancer research spectrum, including basic, translational, clinical, and public health domains. This is an opportunity to contribute high standard skills in biostatistics to a tightly integrated and comprehensive research program.

This is a full-time fixed term position for 12 months with a possibility of extension for 2 years. The successful applicant will be required to undertake a criminal record check. Applicants should systematically address the selection criteria in their application.
