Measurement and Analysis Specialist

Boeing Australia Limited is an integral part of the Boeing global organisation, employing more than 2500 people at 16 sites around the country, primarily in support of high technology aerospace and communications systems for the Department of Defence.

We currently have a vacancy for a Measurement and Analysis Specialist within our Brisbane based team. The purpose of your role will be to provide specialist support to the organisation and applicable programs in the development, analysis and presentation of key metrics as well as to provide specialist support to programs as required, in the areas of exploratory data analysis, and the development of associated processes, tools and training.

Therefore the opportunity exists for individuals who possess and can demonstrate the following key competencies;
  • Tertiary qualifications in statistics or mathematics.
  • Experience in data analysis from design of data collection, to analysis and modelling and presentation of results. (Presentation of results may occur at any level of the organisation, from senior managers to aircraft technicians).
  • High-level communication skills.
  • Experience in training or teaching.
  • Experience in consulting and problem solving.
  • Australian Citizen
  • Able to obtain an ADF security clearance

    Desirable:
  • Post-graduate qualifications in statistics or mathematics.
  • Experience in developing organisational metrics
  • Experience with Lean+, Six sigma

    Due to the nature of the role, applicants must be Australian Citizens in order to obtain the appropriate level of security clearance.
