We have up to 4 positions available for individuals with a strong BSc honours degree involving a significant mathematical component. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified individuals to join a Perth-based team engaged in information sciences applied to environmental problems. We develop mathematical and statistical methods across applications in remote sensing of terrestrial environments, and modelling of hydro-climatic systems. Our people are deployed in multi-disciplinary teams working on problems of national and international significance.

We have two positions available in each of these areas for an immediate start; we are also keen to hear from individuals who would like to continue their studies part-time. The positions will provide an exciting career path as part of a team contributing toward a compelling research agenda in the information sciences applied to solving problems in environmental management.
