As a member of a specialist scientific and technical team, support the quantitative analysis requirements of the Bureau for scientific assessments related to agriculture, fisheries, forestry and natural resource management. The successful applicant will assist in the support of a range of programs in the Bureau and services to its clients in other key areas.

BRS is seeking a quantitative scientist to contribute to the development and provision of scientific analysis and advice to support policy. The applicant should have the ability to carry out a range of research functions including quantitative analyses relating to agriculture, fisheries, forestry and natural resource management. It is envisaged that at least one position will be dedicated to fisheries modelling.
