We have a vacancy in our Network Portfolio group for an Assistant Portfolio Analyst.

In this role you will conduct analysis of project performance information to support effective delivery of the regulated capital project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities will include;

Contribute to the consolidated programming, monitoring, information repository, trend analysis and performance reporting for the overall portfolio of capital projects

Assist with developing and analysing reports on the resourcing requirements to meet the capital works program

Prepare and analyse information used for development of the 10-year program of capital projects

Assist with coordinating and reviewing project reporting inputs to ensure an efficient, effective and standardised reporting process

Prepare information to analyse the accuracy of project estimates and actual performance against plan.

The successful applicant will ideally have a degree in Project Management, Business Management or similar.

Significant, demonstrated experience in the operation of SAP Project System and Microsoft Project Server is essential. As are, sound analytical skills, excellent oral and written communications skills and a working knowledge of project management principles.
