Job Description :
The successful applicant will be required to develop and test statistical models of crime and re-offending, demand on the criminal justice system and the effects of the criminal justice system.
Job Notes : The duties for this position includes evaluation of Government policies, programs and initiatives and provide advice and assistance to staff on the use of complex statistical methods and techniques. The NSW Bureau of Crime Statistics and Research conducts research and analysis designed to inform resource and policy decisions concerning crime control and criminal justice administration. PhD or Masters degree in statistics, econometrics or biostatistics;
Experience in time series analysis;
Knowledge of SAS;
