Join an expert team providing high-level statistical support for scientists working in horticulture and a range of related fields. As the successful candidate, you will be relied upon to provide statistically sound designs for use in research projects and expert technical advice in the analysis of data sets. Effective collaboration is critical in all aspects of the work, from the planning and scheduling of projects through to the writing of reports and scientific publications.

A postgraduate degree or advanced diploma in statistics together with the ability to conceptualise and appropriately analyse data sets is a pre-requisite for this position, as is the ability to effectively communicate findings and conclusions in line with client needs. Experience in the analysis of horticultural data is desirable.
