An opportunity based in Sydney for an experienced statistician to join a team of likeminded and equally qualified colleagues

As the Statistical Analyst you will:

Assist during the development of data analysis plans in collaboration with senior statistical colleagues, physicians / medical colleagues,

Be responsible for establishing analysis datasets

Be responsible for analysing medical research data working with project statisticians and other study team members. Your ongoing objectives will be spread across:

Statistical Trial Analysis

Data Integrity

Communication of Results and Inferences

Process Improvements.

Essential criteria includes a bachelor's degree in statistics or related area and previous experience in statistical programming using SAS macro, Stat and Base.

Highly desirable is an ability to successfully communicate statistical concepts to non-statisticians is also desirable for this role. Knowledge of the clinical trials process and experience with statistical methods in clinical research will be an advantage, as will an understanding of advanced statistical analysis methodology within the Pharmaceutical Industy.
