GESB is seeking a Quantitative Strategist who has demonstrable analytical capabilities in all areas of portfolio risk management and execution.
The appointee will work as a member of GESB’s investment team in evaluating portfolio performance, undertaking risk analysis at fund manager, asset class and portfolio level and will formulate strategies to optimise efficiencies across the portfolio, including re-balancing, overlay implementation and asset transitions.
The successful candidate will be experienced in developing and implementing quantitative models and strategies designed to enhance all aspects of the investment process and deliver effective management of investment risk. A sound understanding of multi-manager investment structures is required.
With a minimum of five years experience and tertiary qualifications in quantitative studies in finance, mathematics or a related discipline, you will exhibit passion, commercial acumen and be highly motivated and outcomes focused.
