Graduate Analyst/ Post-doctoral fellow/ Senior Analyst

The Telethon Institute for Child Health Research is seeking to fill several positions to work on major research projects starting in 2010. Applications are invited for the positions of Graduate Analyst, Senior Analyst and Post-doctoral Fellow.

These positions will join a team working on two major thematic areas: mapping developmental disorders and child mental health; and child health and human development pathways. Tasks include undertaking statistical analysis, assisting with data editing and preparation of data for analysis, writing papers and producing reports, and liaising with stakeholders to translate research findings into policy and practice.

The appointments will be initially for 2 years with possibility of extension. The salaries offered will be in the following ranges: Graduate Analyst $51,895-$60,788, Post-doctoral Fellow $68,761-$73,398, Senior Analyst $74,132-$88,033 or $90,811-$104,713. Level of appointment will depend on qualifications and experience. In addition, employer superannuation of 17% and generous salary packaging benefits are provided.
