The limma package package has extensive capabilities for microarray data analysis.

The statmod package can be obtained from CRAN. It has a range of statistical modelling capabilities including:

• Linear and generalized linear mixed models.
• Tweedie generalized linear models.
• Comparison of growth curves.

The convert package can be obtained from Bioconductor.
