You are invited to join our growing Actuarial Services team as an analyst. In this role you will partner with various business units to provide detailed analysis and valued advice that assists them in achieving their goals. You will report directly to the Executive Manager - Actuarial Services, and be involved in:

Data analysis using multivariate and other statistical techniques
Building and creating new ways of pricing and reserving
Working with external consultants on projects

To be successful in this role you will have

a statistics, actuarial or other mathematical degree
a good academic record

Although not essential the following would be highly regarded

SAS skills
experience in a general insurance environment

You are:

focused with an eye for detail
solution oriented
innovative and use initiative to solve complex and novel problems.
Business driven and customer focused.
