Data Modeller/Operations Researcher

    Are you an experienced statistics/data modeller with an interest in organisational development?

    The NZDF is going through a growth and development stage and is designing its future workforce needs. We need an experienced model builder to join our team.

    This is an opportunity to advance your career in data modelling and trend analysis and make use of your advanced model building expertise at a strategic level within our organisation.

    Your work will really make a difference by providing professional leadership and oversight in the development, design and construction of the complex operational workforce planning models required to determine the future workforce needs of the NZDF.

    Your advanced model building experience and expertise in any or all of: workforce planning, inventory management, logistics or supply chain management will be invaluable in this role.

    Experience working, coaching, mentoring and developing other modellers within a multidisciplinary team, and advanced writing skills for technical documentation of models and data files are also essential.
