You are invited to join our growing Actuarial Services team as an actuary or analyst.

In this role you will partner with various business units to provide detailed analysis and valued advice to assist them in achieving their goals.

Being part of a medium sized insurer you are more than a number and can have genuine impact on company results.

You will report directly to an experienced actuary, the Executive Manager - Actuarial Services. You will:

carry out analysis using statistical techniques

build and create new ways of pricing and reserving

work with external consultants on projects

To be successful in this role you will have a statistics, actuarial or other mathematical degree. SAS skills and experience in a general insurance environment would be highly regarded though not essential. You will have an eye for detail and use initiative to solve problems. You are customer focused.

The role can be adapted to suit varying experience levels. Actuarial study is happily supported.
