Biostatistician position for Advanced Bioinformatics
Queensland Facility
The Queensland Facility for Advanced Bioinformatics is
seeking a Biostatistician who can work at the interface of
molecular biology and the information sciences to increase
the insights obtainable from high-throughput measurement
platforms in biology such as microarrays, genome-wide
analysis and proteomics profiles. This position offers an
outstanding opportunity to work with leading researchers
and contribute to cutting-edge research projects in the
biological, environmental and medical sciences.
The types of analysis include but are not limited to:
Biological pathways and networks modelling
Gene expression analysis
Experimental design
Sequence analysis
Analysis, mining and modelling of experimental data
Genome wide association studies
