Our business is growing and we are now seeking a Property Researcher to work on the following for the prestige, residential, development, commercial, retail and industrial sectors;

Provide detailed analysis with particular focus on high value properties

Provide detailed supply and demand reports, growth rates, take up rates

Stay abreast of all real estate associated press

Regularly contact industry bodies and liaise with major real estate organisations in order to compile research reports and maintain property databases

Compile monthly client publications

Compile demographic/research reports for private clients when required

Provide support in terms of market commentary to Property Valuers
