    An exciting opportunity has arisen in a global company in North Ryde, Sydney.

    The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the prompt delivery of statistical support with global statistical and technical standards to internal associates.

    Typical Responsibilities

  • To liaise and consult with internal departments on statistical methodologies in sampling and universe estimation as well as on quality to product enhancements / developments.
  • Convey statistical techniques and applications to all levels of the business.
  • Work closely with Statistical departments to advise on work processes and techniques to get the required outputs done to schedule
  • Project management of required outputs
  • Prioritising work load across multiple departments

    Typical Position Pre-requisites:

    Applicants should have a passion and desire to work as part of the bigger team and must be up to the challenge of being involved in an organisation which continues to support innovation

    Ideal candidates should have:
    - Previous proven experience consulting and influencing senior people
    - An analytical mind
    - Working knowledge of research techniques and methodologies
    - Effective writing skills
    - A flexible and creative approach to problem solving
    - A keen attention to detail
    - An ability to work both independently and as part of a team
    - An ability and willingness to handle multiple projects at the same time
    - Excellent communication skills
    - University degree qualified (Preferably in Mathematics/ Statistics)
    - SAS experience preferable (not essential)
