The Data Management & Analysis Centre provides integrated support for health research and is the largest and longest established facility of its type in South Australia. We provide statistical services to the Faculty of Health Sciences, the Australian Orthopaedics Association National Joint Replacement Registry, the clinical trials program of the Child Health Research Institute's Applied Nutrition Division, and the Australian and New Zealand Dialysis and Transplant Registry.

This position will primarily work on the Australian Orthopaedic Association's National Joint Replacement Registry, an internationally renowned Registry of orthopaedic devices.

The appointee will have a background in mathematical statistics, preferably at honours level or above, experience in health research and/or in statistical consulting combined with the demonstrated ability to work in a team to achieve research objectives. An interest in a speciality area of statistics would be highly regarded.

Position Requirements:

Salary (Full-time):

(HEO7) $66,586 - $74,702 per annum
(HEO6) $60,345 - $65,340 per annum

Appointment to either level will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
