Salary Level 6/7: A$66K - A$78K per annum (plus 9% employer superannuation and leave loading)

The Adult Cancer Program at the Lowy Cancer Research Centre is seeking a motivated and well organised Research Assistant in Biostatistics to manage health data sets and to perform statistical analyses. The successful applicant will work as a member of a growing biostatistics group within the ACP. Candidates holding a Bachelors degree (Honours) or higher level degree in biostatistics or a closely related field are invited to apply.

The successful applicant will join the Biostatistics Group which supports high quality research across the cancer research spectrum, including basic science, clinical, and population health and health policy domains. This is an opportunity to contribute high standard skills in biostatistics to a tightly integrated and comprehensive research program.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) fixed term position available for 12 months with strong prospects for a further contract period.
