The Priority Research Centre for Gender Health and Ageing (PRCGHA) at the University of Newcastle is looking for several motivated academic and general biostatisticians at varying stages of their career to work on a range of projects.

These roles are full-time fixed term for 12 months, subject to the completion of a satisfactory probation period for new appointees. Part-time roles may be negotiated based on individual circumstances. Further offers of ongoing employment may be available, subject to funding and need. Successful applicants will be expected to work in the Newcastle office.

Level and classification of appointment and responsibility can be made at either a general or an academic level and will be commensurate with qualifications, experience and potential of career progression. The positions will be filled from the following classification bands :
HEW Level 5 ($52, 988 - $61,468 pa)
HEW Level 6 ($61,468 - $ 67,825 pa)
Academic Level A ($53,362 -$ 72,417 pa)
Academic Level B ($76,229 - $90,523 pa)
