Salary Level B: A$83K - A$98K per annum (plus 17% employer superannuation and leave loading)

The Australian Institute of Health Innovation (AIHI) is looking for a motivated Research Fellow for a key research endeavour contributing world-class research related to a number of specific research projects examining patient safety and the work and communication patterns of health professionals.

The successful applicant will be required to develop statistical models and methods, and undertake data processing and statistical analyses of complex clinical error and work practice datasets. They will also be required to provide advice about and participate in the design of analysis strategies for a range of research studies including the analysis of large administrative health datasets, as well as prepare research publications, presentations and grant applications.

This is a full-time (35 hours per week) fixed term position available for two years. Part-time appointments may be considered at a minimum of 3 days per week (21 hours).
