An outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Statistical Research Analyst to work for a leading company based in the CBD of Sydney on a 2 - 3 month contract starting next week. This role will involve analytical data manipulation and segmentation. The aim of this role is to provide insights which can drive real value within this organisation. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills and be able to communicate with key functions across the business.

On a daily basis you will be involved:

Measuring the degree of association between different standards and quality areas.

Measure the difficulty of each element, standard and quality area

Assessing the contribution of each element, standard and quality area to the quality rating result at the quality area.

Determining whether other factors are associated with quality ratings apart from the service quality (e.g. Service type, location, years of operation).

Evaluating the validity und usefulness of NQS elements.

To succeed in this role you will have:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Statistician.

Strong experience with Stata software

Ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and derive insight from large & complex datasets from various sources.

Experience in developing statistical models and database systems to exercise data manipulation, data mining, segmentation and other statistical analysis techniques.

Understanding of contemporary issues in government priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and ability to influence C level

Buses & trains are within walking distance of the office.

An excellent daily rate is on offer including flexible work hours.
