    The Client

    Our client is the nation's leading cultural, fine arts and digital art advisory body. They aim to improve the funding available to artists, the accessibility of art and events to all Australians and ensure the effective allocation of resources within the sector.     The Position

    You will lead the implementation of an extensive reporting and analytics function, via the analysis major issues and identifying trends in the arts and cultural fields. You will contribute to public relations of the unit and be an advocate for research and analytics across the group and liaise with affiliated statistical and semi-government agencies. The presentations and reports that you conduct will have direct impact. You will be supported by a well-established, senior team of researchers and be recognised for your contribution.

    The Requirements

  • a minimum of 6 years of experience in an analytical capacity within a government or semi-government agency or professional academic environment
  • experience influencing outcomes within a government setting
  • strong primary and secondary research skills and integrating information from various sources
  • ability to undertake complex analysis and trace performance implications through various data sources
  • excellent communication skills - both written & oral
  • Team leadership experience.
