As Senior Business Analytics Specialist, you will analyse the health of the business and the specific business initiative programs utilising the various and complex streams of data that exist within the Customer Service Delivery group. Your aim is also to translate complex technical information and requirements into business-related opportunities which enhance and strengthen the realisation of CSD's (Customer Service Delivery) strategy.

This role will be required to interact with CSD and Tops SLT teams as well as various Telstra Strategy groups across the orgnisation.

You're a proactive and proven data analyst with strong modelling skills acquired within large, complex organisations. A natural collaborator, you will work within a large team and under minimal supervision to identify opportunities for innovation within Telstra. In particular, partnering with other parts of the business to establish and adopt best practice will be key.

You will be required to have a degree in Actuarial Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering, or a degree within which you can demonstrate a strong analytical capability has been developed (eg. Psychology degree which involved a significant amount of high level data analytics). This, combined with your significant experience in a data analytics role, your knowledge of RDBMS and analytics software tools such as R, SAS and SPSS and your business and financial acumen, make you our ideal candidate.
