The Department of Statistics at Macquarie University is one of the largest university statistics groups in Australia, with 17 academic staff. The successful applicant for the position will carry out research in statistics and teach in a variety of statistics units at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level. The areas of statistical research are not prescribed. Applicants with strong records in applied and/or theoretical statistics will be preferred.

Salary Package: From $91,043 to $108,146 pa (Level B), plus 17% employer's superannuation and annual leave loading.
